SohojJogajog ("we", "us", "our") operates a matrimonial platform ("Service") designed to help adults find life partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable Indian regulations.
By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 8 below.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.
Your personal data is primarily stored and processed in India. Certain third-party processors (Firebase, SendGrid) may process data outside India. Such transfers are made in compliance with Section 16 of the DPDP Act and are governed by appropriate contractual safeguards.
